Have you ever wondered how life’s challenges impact you? Life can be overwhelming at times—stress, struggles and past experiences can leave a mark on how we study, build relationships or plan. Have you noticed:

  • Difficulty focusing on your studies or work?
  • Struggles maintaining healthy relationships?
  • Challenges feeling connected to your spirituality or faith?

Join a free online 3-session workshop where we’ll explore:

  • How trauma affects learning, work and relationships
  • The connection between past experiences and your spiritual life
  • Practical tools to help you navigate challenges and grow beyond trauma

Andrews online and on-campus students are invited to join all three sessions through Zoom:

  • Feb. 2, 2–3 p.m.: How Trauma Shapes Us
  • Feb. 9, 2–3 p.m.: Coping and Community
  • Feb. 16, 2–3 p.m.: Your Path to Post-Traumatic Growth

Register at this link with your Andrews email. Co-curricular credit is available.
